Thrilling Zip Line Fun in Whistler

Brave a zip lining tour over breathtaking mountain landscapes & make memories to last a lifetime with your own personal video captured by GoPro® camera.

About Your Trip

Outdoor enthusiasts and adventure-seeking families — we dare you to keep your adrenaline in check on this can’t-miss DreamTrip in Canada’s beautiful Coast Mountains. Feel the rush as you glide on zip lines from platform to platform, taking in the spectacular surroundings below. As you soar between mountains and over the trees, use your rented GoPro camera to record all the fun — you’ll even get a microSD memory card to relive these amazing moments once you’re back home.

But the fun doesn’t stop there! During your leisure time on Day 3 or Day 4, you can use your included PEAK 2 PEAK combo pass for an exciting gondola ride high above Whistler’s valley floor. You’ll marvel at stunning, 360-degree views of Whistler Village, mountain peaks, lakes, glaciers and more — through the glass-bottom gondola, you’ll also get a birds-eye view of the forest below. It’s an activity you won’t want to miss! It was named a “Canadian Signature Experience” by Destination Canada (the official Canadian tourism commission) and the No. 1 landmark in Canada by TripAdvisor® users in the annual Traveler’s Choice Awards.

You can also visit Whistler Village — this quaint resort town is right outside your hotel door — and wander at your leisure. Or, soothe body and mind with a relaxing treatment at the hotel’s award-winning spa (at your own expense).

What we love:
• The awe-inspiring PEAK 2 PEAK gondolas appeared twice in the Guinness World Records™ book in 2015, for highest elevated cable car — rising 1,430 feet (436 meters) above above Whistler’s valley floor — and longest unsupported span, stretching just under 2 miles (3 kilometers) between its towers.
• The town of Whistler has won 18 awards for its commitment to sustaining the natural environment.
• Whistler played host to the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, including men’s and women’s downhill, slalom, Super-G and giant slalom skiing.

Destination

Named after the sound made by the numerous marmots that populate the area, Whistler has established itself as a location that has appeal for everyone — from families to individual thrill-seekers. Located north of Vancouver, in the midst of the Coast Mountains, Whistler has slowly become one of Canada’s favorite year-round travel destinations. Originally known for the quality of the skiing it has to offer, and primarily recognized for having hosted the 2010 Olympic Games, Whistler Village has now become as popular for its summertime activities, including hiking and biking, as its winter pastimes.
